We're thrilled to spotlight the news that we'll be looking to restructure our Board and the roles which our Trustees currently hold.
With the launch of our digital capabilities, quick wins accomplished and a year full of valuable lessons learned; we're now wanting to shape things to be more efficient and agile in our ways of working - with a view to simplify and ease things for all involved.
We've recognised that securing volunteers for various projects has been slower than hoped.
The proposed CVA Board structure should mean we're able to make volunteering a lighter, more flexible, commitment that works around the demands and strains of everyday life.
Whether you're looking to contribute a few hours of your time, a unique skillset or get more deeply involved; our updated methodology will make it easier for you to make, and see, a real difference in our community.
This has been designed with a single goal in mind: empowering our community.
We want to make it easier for everyone to get involved, share their wealth of experience, and help us continue to grow and improve.
We'll announce these proposed changes, how it'd work and open roles at our next AGM meeting in February 2025.
